Where do you deliver your catering services to?
Cafe Deluxe is delighted to cater events throughout the National Capital Region. For locations outside of these areas, please note that there may be an additional service fee. We’re committed to bringing our delicious cuisine to your special event, wherever it may be!
How much notice do you need for a catering request?
We aim to be as flexible as possible to accommodate your catering needs. While the notice required may vary depending on the size of your event, we typically require 5-7 days notice. Just reach out to us, and we’ll do our best to make your event a tasty success.
Do you have any vegetarian/vegan/halal/gluten-free options?
Absolutely! We offer a wide range of vegetarian, vegan, halal, and gluten-free options. When placing your catering request, please let us know of any dietary preferences or restrictions, so we can tailor our offerings to meet your needs.
Are your food and drink containers compostable and/or recyclable?
We’re committed to minimizing our environmental impact and preserving our planet for future generations. The majority of our food and drink containers are made from compostable or biodegradable materials, helping to reduce waste and promote a greener lifestyle. For any containers that aren’t compostable, we ensure they are either recyclable or reusable. We continuously strive to make conscious choices that reflect our dedication to sustainability and the well-being of the environment. Did we mention that we use a cargo bike for all of our downtown deliveries!?!
Where is your food prepared?
At Cafe Deluxe, we pride ourselves on the quality and freshness of our meals. Everything is made in-house by our chefs each and every day using only the best ingredients. And because we also pride ourselves on contributing to our community, we are committed to using as much local produce as possible.
What methods of payment do you accept for catering?
For your convenience, we accept all major credit cards, EFT, and cheques for catering payments. Alternatively, you can also request an invoice. We strive to make the payment process as smooth and hassle-free as possible.
